Merchant Family Agency is an insurance broker that provides its clients with personal, business, and specialty insurance. They have provided Florida and Georgia customers with versatile and reliable home, business, auto, life, and many more types of insurance.
Project Goal
Being part of a very competitive market, we knew going in that this would be a challenging project. 321 went to work to increase Merchant Family Agency's leads. Merchant Family Agency wanted to focus their attention on homeowners insurance since this was the category that they were receiving the most business from. Since they were serving Florida and Georgia, the goal was to target these locations for homeowner insurance.
Solution
The first step in the process was to recreate their website in order for it to have a great user experience. The new site allowed for easy access to insurance categories that potential users would be searching for. From there we wanted to focus our efforts on homeowners insurance since Merchant Family Agency mentioned this during the onboarding process. While we put a lot of effort into this, one specific tactic we did was create geo pages for the specific locations in which Merchant Family Agency provided service. This way, when potential customers in those areas were searching for homeowner insurance, Merchant Family Agency would be an easily viewable option.
