Project Goal
Katie Zarpas Group had two primary goals. The first goal they wanted to accomplish was the ability to list properties on their website. The second goal was to reach potential buyers and sellers who may not have found her agency through word-of-mouth or other traditional marketing techniques. Katie Zarpas Group came to 321 with a clear vision, with the ultimate goal being to better optimize their business operations.
Solution
321 Web Marketing kicked off Katie Zarpas Group’s digital marketing project by developing a brand new website with some design elements from their old site. We developed brand new content with timeline-based service pages for buying and selling a home. In addition, 321 integrated a multiple listing service into their site, granting users the ability to discover properties for sale using specific search queries. We continue our SEO efforts by publishing weekly content for Katie Zarpas.
