Professional Background
Justin Miller is a Digital Account Manager at 321 Web Marketing. He is the main point of contact for his clients, keeping them informed and making sure every campaign supports their business goals. He makes sure clients know what’s being done, why it matters and how it’s paying off.
Justin has worked in both higher-ed marketing and agency marketing. From 2021 to 2024 he was at EducationDynamics, a firm that helps colleges and universities attract students. He then moved to the agency side at Nifty Marketing and later Jump 450, where he managed digital marketing accounts for clients in many industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Geneva College and a Master’s in International Business from Southeast University (Dongnan Daxue) in Nanjing, China. Studying abroad gave him a broader view of how businesses grow and connect with their customers.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Justin is a husband and a proud father of three. He spends much of his free time at the rink and on the field as an assistant coach for youth hockey and soccer. He brings the same teamwork, patience and steady encouragement from coaching to his client work.
