Professional Background
Laura Sejas is the Director of Marketing at 321 Web Marketing, leading the marketing and account management teams in delivering consistent, high-quality service across every client account. She plays a key role in ensuring each client receives the full value of their partnership with 321, while strengthening the internal standards and processes that allow the team to serve clients more effectively.
Laura joined the company in 2021 as a Marketer and advanced to Project Manager in 2022 before stepping into her current leadership position. Her experience across these roles gives her a comprehensive understanding of both the day-to-day execution and the broader strategy behind successful client accounts.
Her educational background includes an associate’s degree in Communications Studies from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC), followed by a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications with a concentration in Media and Society from the University of Florida. Go Gators!
Personal Interest
Outside of her professional life, Laura is enjoying this new chapter as a mom and loves spending time with her husband and their little one. She also enjoys testing her cooking and baking skills in the kitchen, making keepsakes, and scrapbooking memories for her growing family.
