321 Web Marketing is a digital marketing agency at the intersection of content, code, and automation. While we’re best known for national SEO campaigns and WordPress websites, we’re increasingly investing in AI, low-code tools, and smart integrations to streamline marketing operations. This internship is ideal for someone pursuing a career in technical marketing, automation engineering, or building tools that drive real-world business results. You’ll get exposure to the broader world of digital marketing—think content, analytics, automation, and more—while building hands-on systems that make campaigns smarter and faster.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with team members to design, build, and refine AI-powered automations that support digital marketing strategies.
2. Create and maintain low-code workflows using tools like n8n.io, Airtable, and Zapier.
3. Write and test Python and JavaScript scripts to integrate APIs, transform data, and automate tasks.
4. Analyze system outputs and campaign data to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
5. Document processes and provide internal support to improve knowledge sharing and scalability.
6. Assist with troubleshooting and iterating on internal tools and marketing ops automations.
Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
1. Actively pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
2. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and concepts such as webhooks, APIs, and automation platforms.
3. Experience or interest in low-code/no-code tools (e.g., n8n.io, Airtable, Make, Zapier).
4. Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to self-learn and experiment.
5. Clear written communication and the ability to document complex workflows concisely.
6. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Eduction Requirements
Must be either currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited college or university or have recently graduated within the past year.
